Corinium Museum, Cirencester
The order for this project was received in May 2003.

Our work will involve using Plilkington Planar, aluminium glazing and balustrade. Work commenced in August 2003 and it is envisaged that the completion date will be February 2004.

The Corinium museum is famous for its Roman artefacts and this is a major refurbishment of the Museum after winning a £2.725 million grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).

Work on the £5 million Corinium Project, which has the support of HRH The Prince of Wales, began in September 2002.

The new museum will consists of a dramatic new Anglo-Saxon gallery, enlarged Roman galleries trebling the number of objects on display, an 18th century gallery linking museum displays with historic Cirencester, reconstructions, hands-on exhibits, interactive touch screens and a new shop.
