18 November 2003 Historic Buildings, Parks & Gardens Event 2003 Steve Bevins on our stand Norman & Underwood exhibited at the Hbpg Exhibition at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sancturary, Westminster, LONDON on Tuesday 18th November 2003. This event was invitation only and was not open to the general public. Free admission was available to all those who are either owners of historic buildings or are involved in the upkeep, restoration or conservation of historic buildings, their contents and associated landscapes. This exhibition was run alongside the Historic Houses Association's Annual General Meeting. Jonathan Castleman, Director of Roofing & Stained Glass and Steve Bevins, Workshop Foreman were onhand to discuss any issues regarding rare restoration techniques such as traditional lead work, copper, zinc, aluminium and stainless steel roofing and stained glass restoration. A plasma screen with images of many of the major restoration projects we have been involved with ie., Salisbury Cathedral, Chatsworth House and Westminster Abbey was on view.
