This beautiful church dates back to 1210.
Norman & Underwood:
- Repaired the damaged timberwork in the Vestry
- Repaired and strengthened the North and South Aisle and Nave timber roof
- Replaced the lead flashings, lead sumps, lead hopper and lead chutes to the associated parapets
- Repaired, redecorated and reinstalled the cast iron rainwater goods
- Recovered the roof lead work and recast the replacement lead
- Reformed with firings the existing roof including new roll spacings
- Reformed the existing associated parapet gutters
- Re-plastered in hair lime plaster the affected ceilings and walls and re-decorated.
