Ross Headley - Director, Glazing
Ross joined Norman & Underwood in May 2012 as a commercial manager before becoming the Glazing Director.
Previously spending 6 years at Galliford Try and educated at The University of Leeds and receiving BA Hons at followed by Nottingham Trent University with Property and Construction MA, Quantity Surveying.
Leon Ingham - Commercial Manager, Glazing
Leon began his career at Norman & Underwood in June 2012 introducing new commercial procedures and the first live project these were introduced to was Volvo Garage, in Birmingham.
Before joining N&U Leon worked for Galliford Try Construction as a Project Quantity Surveyor. During his time here Leon worked on buildings such as Lark Hill retirement Village, Colchester Magistrates court and Minster Secondary School in Southwell.
During his time at N&U he has worked on many major contracts such as 240 Blackfriars Rd, London, Cheltenham Ladies College, Leicester Market Food Hall, University of Wolverhampton (New Science block) and Tower View in London. Leon has an MA (Hons) in Property, Development and Construction as well as a BA (Hons) in Human Geography and Several Curtain walling and Glazing technical qualifications.
Outside of work Leon enjoys playing Squash and is interested in modern architecture and his ambition is to travel the world.
Piotr Rodziewicz - Fabrication Supervisor, Glazing
Piotr started his career at Norman & Underwood with his first job as an aluminium fabricator. He is responsible for all materials incoming and all associated quality with import and export of material. Piotr is also responsible for the day to day running of the workshop and all persons working within the department.
Before Piotr joined N&U he worked as a factory worker making wooden windows. He also worked in Poland in the same business for 3 years.
Outside of work Piotr enjoys watching formula 1 racing and has a passion for cars.
